These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Lucky 93 — Pakistan's online sports betting and casino platform. By registering an account and using the platform, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before you start playing.

All bets on cricket, PSL, football and other sports are settled according to Lucky 93's official settlement rules. In cricket, DLS method results, rain-affected matches and abandoned matches are settled per the published rules available in the FAQ section. Disputed settlements must be raised with support within 72 hours.

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active account on Lucky 93. Balances across duplicate accounts may be combined and any bonuses or winnings derived from the use of multiple accounts will be voided.

Lucky 93 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from shared or compromised login details unless gross negligence on the platform's part can be demonstrated.
An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. Lucky 93 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.
Use a strong, unique password for your Lucky 93 account. Never share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members. Account sharing is not permitted under these terms.
All financial transactions on Lucky 93 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered Lucky 93 player — are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated Lucky 93 account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, identity verification must be completed. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly, while bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
Lucky 93 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected. This is a standard security and compliance measure. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing status.
Reminder: Funds deposited into your Lucky 93 account are used for betting and gaming purposes only. Lucky 93 does not pay interest on account balances.
Lucky 93 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test series, football, esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the platform's help section.
A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets not confirmed in this way — for example due to a connection drop during a live betting session — are not valid. Lucky 93 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns or potential match manipulation is suspected.
Odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet slip are the odds that will be applied if the bet is accepted. In live betting, due to the rapid nature of in-play odds movement, there may be a short delay between submission and confirmation — any odds change during this window will be displayed for your acceptance before the bet is finalised.
Cricket markets — including ball-by-ball live betting, session totals, match winner and tournament outrights — are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In rain-affected matches, DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) revised targets and results are used for settlement. Matches abandoned without a result may have markets voided and stakes returned, subject to the specific market rules stated at the time of betting.
In the event of an obvious error in odds — for example, a clear data feed error resulting in prices significantly out of line with the market — Lucky 93 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been confirmed. Lucky 93 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.
Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to Lucky 93 support within 72 hours of the event result being declared. Late dispute requests may not be considered.
Lucky 93's casino section includes slots, live dealer tables (blackjack, baccarat, roulette), table games and the game lobby. All casino games are subject to the following general conditions as well as any game-specific rules provided within the game interface.
Game lobby titles available through the instant-play section are subject to the same general terms. No download is required to access any game, and all play is via your registered account balance in PKR. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per household, device and IP address. Players who have previously held a Lucky 93 account are not eligible for new player promotions. Lucky 93 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, or to void a bonus where abuse of the promotion system is suspected.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Lucky 93. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of funds, depending on the severity of the violation:

In any event, Lucky 93's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Lucky 93 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. You may close your Lucky 93 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending. Pending bonuses not yet eligible for withdrawal will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Lucky 93 may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you are found to have breached these Terms and Conditions in any material way. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or other serious violations, Lucky 93 may freeze account funds pending investigation and is not obliged to return any balance until the investigation is concluded.
